Innovative Tool and Design Inc., Has been producing forged, castings and Rubber molded, compression rubber products to our customers. Our value added with some secondary operations such as Piercing, Notching, drilling, Tapping or machining process as required in order to meet customer drawing requirements/specifications are done in house in order to maintain a quality control of our processes, We service not only the current market but the aftermarket as well. We are capable and manage all aspects of a project: Forging, casting, stamping, machining, coating, and assembly. As a TS 16949 certified company, we manufacture complex precision components with ferrous and nonferrous materials.
The rubber compressed components have a wide variety of subcomponents. Some have the rubber inserted into them, some have out liners of rubber, and some are rubber only.
We specialize in medium to high volume production runs. Innovative is also known to assist and supply our customers with the development and manufacturing of prototypes prior to mass production.
