At Innovative Tool and Design, we do our best to provide support by offering a range of secondary processes: stamping, welding, machining, assembly, de-burring, and metal finishing. We have stable suppliers in today’s industries that can provide us with powder coating, e-coating, painting, plating, various heat treating, chemical washing, and sandblasting. We have the ability to provide welding assembly services such as MIG, TIG, SPOT and projection welding. (Capabilities, hand and robotic MIG welding.) These processes are available based on customer requirements and Volumes.
If you need low volume products or a low cost startup and shorter lead-times, Innovative Tool and Design can offer a short/pilot runs. The value of a short run process can be applied to develop and debug a product before making hard tooling for mass production. This service can save our customers from potentially expensive die Modifications and cost. This serves as a way to offer our customers an opportunity to lessen lead time to get parts in transit while you are waiting on hard tooling.

We specialize in medium to high volume production runs. Innovative is also known to assist and supply our customers with the development and manufacturing of prototypes prior to mass production.
