Our Innovative Tool and Design team uses MASTERCAM, DWG, CATIA, SOLID WORKS, and UNIGRAPHICS to assist in all of our stamping design and tool build, We currently design and fabricate dies from sizes ranging from 48″ wide to 102″ long and up to 500 ton press in house capacity. ( we can build larger if need be) We can assist our customers with new product development.
Innovative can also assist in re-designing existing products to be carried on to the next program or in order to contribute to material savings and or improve product integrity and manufacturing feasibility.
